Reclaim Your Brain! – Part 5 Ways to De-Muck Your Mind from the American Bullshit You Were Indoctrinated Into and Find Clarity

America’s mainstream media and educational institutions have clogged up and mucked up our brains. We’re easier to control when life and our circumstances seem really complex. Most of society is living in a state of utter confusion, frustration and helplessness. They can’t figure out how to live on this planet.

We need to reclaim our minds and clear out the pathways in our brains so that we can think clearly and critically and one thought flows properly to the next. Here are five ways to do that.

  1. Change your diet. Our bodies don’t know what to do with new-fangled creations like dyes, flavor enhancers, and chemical dusts. Grains make you slow and foggy. Humans have evolved over millenia eating plants and animals. Our bodies know what to do with plants and animals. Clean, pesticide free fruits and vegetables are healing to us and are loaded with medicine, information and nutrients. The human body can’t operate properly without the nutrients it needs.
  2. Give up intoxicating substances. This includes coffee, alcohol, marijuana, nicotine, and anything you’re addicted to. Some of these have their health benefits, but if we’re addicted to them, we can see ourselves for sometimes the first time when we step away from them. People don’t really think about the fact that they’re usually high on something. We wake up in the morning and the first thing we do is ingest caffeine. Marijuana has become a huge part of a lot of your lives. There’s nothing wrong with either of these substances, per se, but it’s important to at least temporarily liberate ourselves from them and spend most of our time free of them. This might seem really overwhelming to you. There’s no right or wrong way to do it. Take loving, inspired action, and listen to yourself. This can be a nurturing process.
  3. Unplug. Unplug from all mainstream media. This isn’t necessarily a permanent ban, but you need to get away from the mainstream media for long enough to claim your own mind, un-muck from all the confusion and lies and propaganda, and gain peace and clarity before you will be able to see the “news” programming they produce with discernment and clarity.
  4. Find your heart. We’re taught a very left-brained intelligence. It’s a cold, super logical way of thinking. When we think in this way, we’re closed off to a very big piece of what it is to be human and to be alive. We’re so much more than our brains. When you’ve cut off your heart and your gut you’re living as an intelligent animal. When your brain, your heart and your gut are working harmoniously together, you’re an evolved, centered human being operating at full capacity. Your gut is your intuition. Your heart is your connection to source and your higher human faculties.
  5. Practice kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga activates our glandular system and gets our glands secreting properly so that our bodies function at maximum capacity. It also balances the hemishpheres of the brain.

When you’re clear, you will be empowered.
